All Stainless Construction
Both the patented heat exchanger and the burner are constructed of the highest quality stainless steel. This provides maximum heat transfer while maintaining superior corrosion resistance.

Compact Design
The unit can be installed just about anywhere, even where other water heaters cannot. It has a zero clearance to combustibles and its light weight means one person can easily install it.

Complete Systems
Use either a single heater or higher input packaged units to achieve the desired BTU input. When packaged units are selected, they are completely preassembled into a single heating unit.

Serviceability
The new Hamilton "Mini's" modular construction allows for removal of all major components, including gas train, burner(s) and heat exchanger without disturbing vent or cabinet integrity.

Hamilton Storage Tanks

Hamilton Engineering's family of storage tanks are ideal for your hot water storage needs to 210°F. These stock storage tanks are available in capacities from 80 gallons to 1000 gallons, insulated & uninsulated. For your custom storage needs, contact Hamilton Engineering; we manufacture tanks up to 5000 gallon storage capacity. All storage tanks are backed by Hamilton's Replacement Warranty.

Cement lined:

  • Fully cement lined to a total thickness of 1/2".
  • Unique tank design permits either vertical or horizontal storage applications.
  • Manway opening...each tank is equipped with an 11 x 15 service access.

Glasslined:

  • Fully glasslined and fired at 1560°F for complete fusion of glass to steel.
  • Multiple anode rods assure long tank life.

"THE ELIMINATOR"


The Eliminator - provides up to 405 gallons per hour of 150°F water depending on the model selected. This system will eliminate the need for a separate water heater by utilizing the wasted energy from your return condensate and the excess steam capacity from your steam boiler (if required). The Eliminator also eliminates the need for electrical, gas and flue installations to provide hot water. It virtually eliminates the problems associated with a gas fired water heater in the typical dry cleaning plant environment (corrosion of pilot assemblies, troublesome vent dampers etc...). Utilizing the technology developed for their larger capacity systems they have also eliminated the problems and inefficiencies associated with the steam injection, steam to water mixing valves and single coil style water heating systems. This family of our product line begins with The Eliminator which is available in eight different stock models.

Now you can take the hassle and added cost out of water heating system installations. A Hamilton Engineering pre-plumbed package comes complete with all the piping (and stands where applicable) you need for system assembly. When planning your water heater installation, let Hamilton help you choose the package that best suits your application.

This avoids the problems and delays associated with custom fitted plumbing and assures you of the highest quality, all copper installation. The unions and flanges are color coded and a typical installation takes less than one hour. Stack Pack

  • Designed for two water heaters and one or more storage tanks
  • Doubles the BTU output and provides redundancy in the space of one heater

Mini Stack / Mini Stack II

  • Designed for one water heater and one or more storage tanks
  • Uses the same space as upright heaters, but has better efficiency and triple the service life
  • Mini Stack II ships completely assembled
