Q: Help! The washer or dryer in my laundry room is broken.

A: If you experience a problem with a machine or encounter a washer or dryer that is not functioning properly, use our online Request Service form or call 501-568-8600 during regular business hours. Please have the Machine ID number and location available so we can dispatch a service technician to fix the problem.

Q: I paid to start a washer or dryer cycle and now the machine doesn't work.

A: If you experience a machine malfunction, please report it using the online Request Service form or call 501-568-8600 during regular business hours. To request a refund, please complete the online Request Refund form.

Q: How do I get the JLSPay Mobile app on my phone?

A: Go to the JLSPay Mobile app page and click the Apple or Android logo to install the app on your phone. Important: The JLSPay Mobile app is available in select laundry rooms only. Contact your property manager or refer to laundry room signage to find out if your location uses the app.

Q: How do I add value to my JLS Laundry Card?

A: Add funds to your JLS Laundry Card using the Add Value Machine at your complex. Most kiosks accept debit or credit card payments. Important: The JLS Laundry Card system is available in select laundry rooms only. Contact your property manager or refer to laundry room signage to find out if your location uses the JLS Laundry Card system.

Q: When I insert my JLS Laundry Card into the card reader, I get an error message.

A: We recommend wiping the microchip on your JLS Laundry Card with a clean cloth and try again. Sometimes dust or dirt accumulates on the chip. Gently wiping off the chip with a clean cloth usually fixes the issue.
